LinkAge’s Summer of Age programme 2016 has gone live, with activities for younger and older people taking place across Bristol for the next 6 weeks.
Already we have seen iTea4U sessions take place in Bedminster, Then and Now sessions in Ashton Vale and Shirehampton, and NCS workshops at Frenchay and Easton.
With only a few sessions having taken place so far, it means that there are still over 40 activities for you to get involved with this summer! From canoeing tours with Young Bristol, Chat Back sessions with Wyldwood Arts and a Summer of Sport with Bristol Shopping Quarter, there are a whole variety of activities and events to keep you busy.
See the city map below which shows what’s going on this summer…
We would like to thank our partner organisation Young Bristol for helping us to create yet another exciting programme of activities for both younger and older people to enjoy. We would also like to thank local business Elite Mobility for their sponsorship of this year’s Summer of Age.
