Inspired from the success of its first event, LinkAge’s Macmillan Prevention and Re-enablement project will be hosting a free Summer Wellbeing Day on Wednesday 14th June 2017, for people affected by cancer.
The Wellbeing Day will offer those (aged 55+) living with and beyond cancer, and their carers/supporters, the opportunity to try a variety of fun, creative and physical activities including Singing, Keep Fit, Chair-based Zumba, Tai and your chance to get creative with Clay.
Attendees will also be treated to a free healthy lunch and refreshments; talks on the benefits of engaging in physical activity and guidelines to eating healthy; a goodie bag and most importantly, a good day out!
The day will also host a market place of stall holders, who will be sharing relevant information for those living with and beyond cancer.
The Wellbeing day will run from 10:15am – 2:00pm at AXA PPP, Nightingale House, Redland Hill, Bristol, BS6 6UT (top of Blackboy Hill). Attendance to the wellbeing day is FREE, but booking is required.
