Our team of Community Development Coordinators have enjoyed supporting the building of a plinth and pizza oven at Zion Bristol, a community arts space in Bedminster Down, together with members of the centre’s very own Memories Café.
The work has taken place over several months and on 17th July everyone involved came together to celebrate the launch of the pizza oven, with homemade pizzas using dough made by Zion’s cook Lance, and drinks from the bar which was open all evening!
The pizza oven is already proving to be a real asset to the local community, and our thanks go to Jess and the staff at Zion and the Memories Café members for such a lovely launch event!
