It’s been a busy month in North Bristol with celebration after celebration of Christmas meals, activities and fun!

Friday 12th December saw Stockwoods Christmas quiz take place at the Whitchurch & Pensford Royal British Legion. An annual event in Stockwoods LinkAge calendar, the Christmas Quiz has been growing year on year and 2014 saw the biggest attendance yet, with over 70 people attending!
Bristol Shopmobility is a charity which can provide equipment for hire for anyone who has a mobility impairment whether temporary or permanent. We have equipment such as manual wheelchairs, powerchairs, scooters and walkers.
The Christmas sparkle was on full display at LinkAges annual Tinsel Walk and Volunteer Christmas Party that took place at St Michaels and All Angels Church on the chilly afternoon of 9th December.
LinkAge are excited to be taking part in Treefest, an exciting new festival organised by St Mary Redcliffe Church. Over 80 Christmas trees have been decorated and are now on display to view from 10am to 6pm on Tuesday 9th to Saturday 13th December.
Age Friendly Streets, starting in Bristol, is a campaign by Streets Alive which promotes neighbourliness and street parties across the UK. Christmas and New Year can be jolly for some but isolating for others, of all ages. So Streets Alive want you to get involved this Christmas and plan something with your neighbours!
