Bristol Ageing Better in the media!

The Bristol Ageing Better animation has been attracting a lot of attention from the media this week, with Director Adam Rees, and LinkAge Participant and 'BAB cat' Yvonne Long, speaking on both BBC Radio Bristol and BBC Points West.

Adam Rees, Director for Bristol Ageing Better, talked about the animation and about how BAB aims to tackle isolation and loneliness in Bristol through partnership and joining forces with local individuals and organisation.

LinkAge participant Yvonne, aka the Cat at the gym, joined Adam to share her views on the animation and how she became involved with BAB. She also spoke about how she herself has overcome loneliness, "Recently, LinkAge have been putting on some activities (in Redcliffe), and in fact there's too many for me to take part in. I do an Art class on a Friday."
