October saw the fantastic annual Celebrating Age Festival take place across Bristol. To mark the occasion, LinkAge Bedminster & Stockwood held some wonderful events across the two weeks of the festival. The events were all supported by grants from the festival and LinkAge would like to send a special thanks to the organisers.
The events included a day trip to The American Museum near Bath, a Board Games Club, Tech for Happiness – a technology support session, an Open Bus Tour of Bristol, a Nature Walk and an Autumn Tea Dance. Everyone who joined us for one or more of the above events had a really wonderful time and definitely engaged with the theme of festival – 100 ways to Happiness.
