On Saturday 23rd April, LinkAge's Macmillan Prevention and Re-enablement Project Manager Hannah Currant, visited Dr Phil Hammond on BBC Radio Bristol
Hannah Currant recently joined LinkAge's Prevention and Re-enablement Project, which supports older people who have been affected by Cancer to become more socially and physically active in their local communities.
LinkAge knows that being active can reduce many of the symptoms of cancer, aid recovery and reduce the risk of recurrence. This joint project helps older people living with or beyond cancer, to take part in something enjoyable, whilst monitoring their health and wellbeing.
