Aged 50+ and wanting to find out what activities and services are available in Brislington?
Join Bristol Charities for their Brislington Wellbeing Day on Thursday 29th March 2018. The day will offer people 50+ the opportunity to try a variety of activities including Tai Chi, Zumba Gold and Ballroom Dancing, as well free massages and a relaxation room.
There will also be a variety of advice and information from local services and groups on offer, as well as refreshments throughout the day. So why not drop in for a cupp and a chat.
The event is free and will run from 12 – 4pm at St Peter’s Church Hall, 170 Allison Road, Bristol, BS4 4NZ.
There is no need to book for this event, so just turn up on the day!
