LinkAge’s Macmillan Prevention and Re-enablement project is hosting a FREE Wellbeing Day for people affected by cancer on Wednesday 8th March 2017 at Burges Salmon, 1 Glass Wharf, (close to Temple Meads station and bus stops).
The Wellbeing day titled 'Discover a new you' will be offering those (aged 55+) living with and beyond cancer, and their carers/ supporters, the opportunity to try try a variety of fun, creative and physical LinkAge activities.

11:45am Relaxation Techniques
12:15pm Ballroom Dancing
12:45pm Lunch
13:15pm Tai Chi
All Day Massage and Table Tennis
The day will also host a market place of stall holders and speakers sharing relevant information for those living with and beyond cancer. Confirmed stalls holders so far include The HOPE Course, Energise, Healthwatch, Penny Brohn and the Macmillan Bristol Buddies service.
The Wellbeing day will run from 11am – 2pm at Burges Salmon, One Glass Wharf, BS2 0ZX (a short walk from Bristol Temple Meads station and bus stops). On the day refreshments will be available, as well as a healthy lunch that has very kindly been provided by Burges Salmon.
Attendance to the wellbeing day is free, but booking is required.
